Kristen Pechacek is the Chief Growth Officer for MassageLuXe, a nationwide health and wellness spa franchise that offers high-quality massages, facials, and waxing services with 70 units.

Recently named as one of the Top 100 Most Influential Women in Franchising by Business Woman Magazine, Pechacek is responsible for overseeing demand generation for both MassageLuXe’s consumer and franchise development activities.

Previous to MassageLuXe, Kristen held various marketing roles at Self Esteem Brands, franchisor of over 5,000 international locations across 4 brands and with the Minnesota Vikings.
