Drew is a former higher education administrator with a passion for supporting and empowering students to achieve their God-given potential. After five years of expanding roles in admissions and student life at Concordia University, Drew joined the foundation in November of 2024.

Drew earned his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern Indiana in Evansville, IN, and he completed his MBA at Saint Xavier University in Chicago, IL. Some of his favorite subjects include history, economics, finance, statistics, and behavioral psychology; a self-proclaimed lifelong learner, Drew is constantly drawn to new areas of study, and he encourages students to stay curious and never stop exploring.

Outside of professional pursuits, Drew enjoys outdoor activities with his wife, Sydney, his daughter, Trula, and his son, Quinton. The Deases love hiking, camping, and snowboarding, and Drew hopes his kids will soon adopt his love of basketball too.
