Nadia Souleymanou is a Flaherty (college) Scholar who graduated in 2020 from Elizabeth Seton High School and is now a first-generation college student attending The George Washington University. Nadia is majoring in political science with a minor in business. Nadia has an entrepreneurial spirit and recently embarked on a small business adventure with 3 of her college classmates.
Nadia serves not only as a member of our Board of Directors but also as an executive member of our College Advisory Board. These roles have allowed her to be a leader, share her creativity and passion for education, share her knowledge and experiences, and help develop meaningful programming for high school and college Scholars. In addition to sharing her talents with the foundation and her Flaherty friends, she also serves as a mentor for Matriculate, assisting high-achieving, low-income high school students make the leap to college.
