Migue Davis

Miguel Davis is a dedicated youth advocate with over a decade of experience in fostering positive development and academic achievement among high school students. Currently serving as Success Scholar Mentor in Region 2 - Maryland, New Jersey, Virginia, and Washington, D.C., he is deeply committed to building and maintaining strong relationships with students, ensuring their growth and success.

With a background in juvenile justice and program management, Miguel has honed his skills in mentoring, counseling, and educational support. Prior to his role at the Flaherty Family Foundation, he served as a Program Director at Next One Up and Program Specialist with the State of Maryland Department of Juvenile Services.

Miguel's passion for youth empowerment extends beyond the classroom, as evidenced by his extensive experience in coaching high school football. Serving in various coaching positions throughout Baltimore City, he not only mentored young athletes but also provided guidance on academic success and college preparedness. Miguel remains actively involved in his community and maintains a strong network of partnerships to enhance programming and support services for youth.

A graduate of Ohio Dominican University with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice, Miguel combines his academic background with hands-on experience to create impactful programs and initiatives that center and uplift youth. He is deeply committed to fostering a supportive environment where all students can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Miguel is an avid Baltimore sports fan that enjoys spending time with his daughter and traveling with friends.
